Thanks to the very supportive staff everything was really good, including variety ofsavoury food. Nicely furnished and brand-new room with 3 beds and with a lot of space.

I loved the hotel, it was clean with extremely friendly staff who all provided excellent service as usual. The venue had a good and perfect location, near a subway station.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Dubai, had much fun and met service-oriented and very supportive staff always at our service. The location was prime central as for us, short walk to a taxi all the time and many attractions. Besides, Dubai Frame Gallery was 3 km away from the property. Liked an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioner in the room.

The staff was willing to help and the whole experience was really comfortable. Central location was a plus. Also, Dubai Frame Gallery was 2 miles away.

Had modern room for the mini bar for a very positive stay for 5 nights. Particularly good and perfect location with an underground station nearby the hotel. Loved pretty nice area.

We had well-designed room with iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment.

Got wheelchair accessible room with kettle, a kingsize bed, as example as expected. It had a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator, though the views were very very bad.

The room felt extremely cold and the bathroom was too small.

the location is central. what's more, it's in a pretty quiet area so close to dubai mall, close to airport and many tourist attractions, malls, restaurants.

Nearby an underground station, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, in the desert. The hotel's staff was really polite👍👌

The location was favourable and unbeatable: a shopping mall and a market were within walking distance. We ate at an excellent restaurant at the first floor.
